Wiring is weird. GND DRAIN is connected to shied which should not be done, RX- -> TX+, RX+ -> TX- wtf? There is no such connection standard! It must be either RX- -> TX-, RX+ -> TX+ or RX- -> RX- RX+ -> RX+. Useless cable, sadly...
