The stick is not working. It simply is not recognized by either Windows (neither 7 nor 10) or Linux. It is simply broken. The shop support does not help, except for the unhelpful hint to try and reset the stick. The stick is also not white as in the picture, but black and it is a branded stick. Meaning it is not new, but probably a flashed stick. My stick has the logo of cyfrwy polsat, as you can see in the picture.
