Modem model number meets description 100% (E3372h-153). Modem had the German Telekom logo imprinted, I like that as a German customer (never had one of these). But slight wear (small scratches) on the outer surface of the article. However, the article seems never had been used, so it could be from transport. (antennas had been put into the box). Electrical function is ok at first glance.

The files on the stick were corrupted. The seller refused to return the money, claimed that I updated the firmware when I didn't. Luckily I managed to get a refund from Ali-express after uploading a video showing that it was not working and a screenshot showing that the firmware was not updated. Very bad seller
