The seller provided very good service BUT: This product comes with eighteen M5 nuts for assembly. These will jam during adjustment and the nuts will bite into the rails causing damage over time. This will make the product extremely frustrating to use and actually makes it almost unusable. The correct nut is 20s-M5 T-nut. I had to buy these separately on AliExpress. Oh, there's another problem too. The knurled screws it comes with are TOO LONG. This is properly fixed by purchasing M4x9x1mm nylon washers to shim the excess length. Do not cut the screws, as shimming them gives much better grip. Once fitted with T-nuts the product is FANTASTICALLY GOOD! This is an extremely versatile and sturdy stand. I had to do a lot of extra work to make it FANTASTIC because the manufacturer wanted to save about CAD $2.50 in costs, however in doing so they made it unusable. This is tragic because the unit costs CAD $60! and because most users won't know how to fix these problems. Very very sad.
