UTP1310 is a good supply, but has flaws. I bought UTP1310 because it met these criteria: - Smaller than my existing supply (a TTi QL355P). - At least 10A. - At least 16V. - OCP and OVP, BOTH programmable. Other positives: - Display is bright, uses big characters, uses different colours for volts and amps. - Buttons are backlit when their function is active. Negatives: - Shroud for the GND terminal was deformed. - Accuracy of current seems worse than specified. - Timeout for setting voltage or current is very short. - Display of the output current does not update while changing the voltage, even though the voltage physically changes. Instead it shows the CC current limit. - Fan is loud when output current or power is low. Fan runs at full speed regardless of how hot the supply is. - Sometimes the right side digit for voltage changes immediately after pressing the voltage knob. That also applies to current.
