The cable does not have the mesh as described. The Pug is not 90 degrees. The plug has a size of 7.4mm / 5.0mm and not 4.5 / 3.0mm as in the advertisement. That is not what I bought.

This is well made and works OK. It gives 19.4V. The length of the plug is about 5mm longer than the original XPS DC plug, and I cannot put it all the way to the end.
