I am sure that my use case is not the same as for most of the customers, but I use it as a "decoy" for powering a mini soldering iron with 5.5x2.5 connector from a 65W phone charger. Works flawlessly, so I am satisfied. If by any chance, there is a person with the same intention as me, I can tell you that it works just fine. It surely works with a laptop which needs rougly 20V charging voltage.
