3D printer not working!!! poor assembly after contacting the help desk I was asked to take a video of the motherboard and found a loose wire. store is in the process of providing a solution but it has been 2 months since I paid for this item. Its just sitting here next to my computer. also when putting it together I found the motor that raises and lowers the print head was installed in the wrong orientation. .. Avoid the hassle and just buy it from amazon!!!
