The printer reached in a week, super fast. I am a totally new user, zero knowledge of how a 3d printer works, took me awhile to put together (1h). The nozzle started leaking at 3rd print and I reached out to Artillery directly. They sent me a new heat block and nozzle and taught the way to fix it, with me also watching lots of youtube help videos, and a friend helping me. Finally got it fixed. The response from Artillery was very fast, within 2 days. I got the new parts about 1-1.5weeks later. I wished I didn't have to go through the hard learning process right at the beginning but it does forces me to learn at a quicker pace. All for good.
