Missing screws for the part that goes on the frame. Manual is very brief but it is mostly sufficient. For example it does not mention that installing in the solid door can be challenging due to very special hole needed for the cable connecting two pieces. Also does not mention that you can/must shorten screws that go all the way through or the lever that goes from the lock to the inside part. Don't buy unless you are handy with power tools.
