Comes preset to 220V input, which is switchable via a SPST switch on the PCB, convenient given that I have ti remove the PCB from the case to straighten out the case as it was damaged in shipping. PSU was was shipped in a plain, white cardboard box, inside a bubble mailer, then again inside another bubble mailer. This was insufficient to protect the package.
