The fan is not working in it. I opened the case and disconnected the fan. It is working when I supply it from an 12V PSU, so the problem is in the circuit. This is a real problem, because above 2 Amps everything is so hot inside. The output inductor's temperature at 2 Amps is 70°C. It will not survive 11 Amps without active cooling.
