The item arrived surprisingly quickly. There is no problem with the product!

Very good light. At 12.1V it 3.0A = 36W. After 15 mins temperature about 40C and not rising. Brightness approximately higher in 5 times than my flashlight with XHP70.2 working at 11W. I think it will work fine also with 4A.
