Came in about 2 months, but that's no issue in these times. The product corresponds to the description. My measurements are not in conflict with the 10 W power input at 12 V. The light is extremely bright, which, of course, is good. The recommended heatsink is not a waste of money, because this thing gets seriously hot after a while. The only thing I don't like about it are the sharp edges of the aluminum plate. Overall I'm very happy with this product, especially for the price.
