The Camera was never able to work on WiFI The seller had a technician work on the camera over the internet and still was not successful. The tech suggested that I use the camera with an ethernet cable.
Need more time to test all the features, but I'm not sure if this is a true 30x optical zoom. I suspect it is only a 20x optical zoom with 4x digital which is a feature of the software and not part of the hardware. Hardware model is P03Z35LW4T20 the 20 at the end of the name i assume is for 20x optical lens. Otherwise, I am still satisfied with the purchase. I like the tracking feature. I wish the web interface was better and worked properly to support the newer browsers. Only works with IE for all functions but Windows 10 update has now removed the old IE so the local tab no longer works on newer browsers.
Programming can still be done through the extended commands using "set" and "call" but keeping track of current setting and reviewing the current settings are not possible without a proper working web interface. Luckily you only need to set it up once. I'm also happy with the quality of video. I may need to reach out with support later to address some minor issues with the programming but otherwise I am overall happy with the purchase. Thank you.
