Extremely disappointed with the product purchased and impossible to send back the product even if it was mentioned that we can send back totally free. I tried to edit the carrier document from aliexpress page but it doesn't work at all! Sad experience with this dealer and product. 3 problems with ptz 2504 iz.. Poe doesn't work well, ir cut don't work with poe use, autofocus all the time research. Camera very hot and not compatible with hik nvr... Most of functions don't appear when you want to set detections and face recognition.... I'm really angry
Great value for money. Seller is _highly_ recommended and responded v-quickly, concisely, and accurately to 2 queries (so excellent after sales support). Cameras came well packaged (with bracket although not ordered or needed). Easy configuration (SADP tool, do NOT use AdDevTool since it is unsafe) and browser. Not quite as capable as my Lorex cam but v-good. Am still playing with video config now. Installation on flat horizontal surface could be easier (I built a second mounting plate) but construction quality is excellent. Recommended seller and product.
