Hello I bought the above item. I installed it today. But when you connect it to the vehicle's cigar jack, the screen briefly comes out and then turns off. There is no battery in the remote control, so the screen does not turn on even if you buy and install a mercury battery and press the red button on the remote control. I don't think the remote control is working. Please tell me how to do it. If the remote control is defective, send me the remote control and tell me where to send the remote control I have now.
