Straps arrived straight. Surely for the ease of packing. But none instruction at all, this is extremly disapointing. How easy is it to bend and adjust, un bend again. Plus for the confort of saxophonist you need a prefect balance to carry it. It looks way to much an approximation to be able to set it up.
