Package: comes double-packaged (box in box) What's in the box: window cleaner robot + 2 x yellow mops (dry) + 2 x grey mops (wet) + ENGLISH user manual + AC power adapter + power extension + Safety Rope + RF remote controller What's NOT in the box: remote controller batteries + empty spray bottle for cleaning solution. Good suction power so it "sticks" to window. Also works on ceramic walls. Power connectors have a threaded nut to prevent accidental disconnection. It has a BACKUP battery that prevents robot falling on AC power loss. Can be controlled using included remote controller or app. The same product can be found under other brand names. PROS: good price + well packaged + fast delivery CONS: NO batteries + NO spray bottle
