The seller send the product without telephone number , so DPD couldn`t reach me and the product was returned. The seller didn`t do anything to fix the situation. They even tried to deny the dispute. I have been shopping in Ali for many years. Such thing has never happened to me. The seller didn`t want to send me a new item. The seller didn`t gave me the opportunity to order again, didn`t want to compensate me for his mistake, his bad communication and problem solving abilities.
