I thought it would be safe for RIGOL official store to take 50 days to arrive without any action for almost a month after applying for the product, but it is too late for airmail, so I ordered at the same time. I couldn't test the operation of the function generator, and the deadline for the offer has passed. I'm worried that the items I received and the packaging are crushed, and that there is something wrong with the cardboard, which is often written on the internet. There is no dialog box that seems to be an option (trial version) that should be included when you start it, so I doubt that it is really new or if it is a repaired product that addresses the problem. I was prepared to some extent, but it was more than I expected.
