About delivery: Box got damages as dents and cuts, but original RIGOL tape was not cut (box did not opened on customs or somewhere else). About device: In spite of all box damages, the device arrived without any one. All works good, as it should be. Feels good quality. Packaging is very safe, a lot of soft material and box size allowed delivery device with our post without any damages. There are no backlashes, creaks, extraneous sounds on the device. About post buying support: Seller gave me all instructions for unleash the full potential of all possibilities.
Exelent quality, fast delivery in Moscow from local warehouse. The package was opened by someone, it was dented and the packaging tape was cut and the box was actually opened, but everything arrived without damage and in full configuration: an oscilloscope, 4 probes, usb cable, supply cable and documentation in Chinese and English + warranty card. The device is fully operational, a large number of functions, many mathematical functions, including real-time FFT filters, logical operations on all channels. Signal decoding is performed not only on the screen content, as in the 1054z, but on the entire memory content, but this is a paid option, and the demo is limited in time. Also the device an excellent opportunity of triger
