Not at all impressed with the service from this seller and the product received. The screen on front side was scratched and the battery compartment when opened was very sticky as the glue from the speaker was all over. The item did not appear to be brand new and could be used/damaged/refurbished product. I have compared this product with the same product of another buyer and this conclusion is quite obvious. I have lost confidence in this seller and will buy this brand only from UK or Europe as we can receive better service and guaranteed satisfaction.

This is my first order in in aliexpress. I found very few channel both in FM and MW and SW. I hoped that it is a very good radio. I bought this product for my wife as a birthday gift. But she didn't like this product as she expected. Even I can found more FM channel in my mobile. So why I bought this radio and I am really in shame to my wife.
