padding thickness is fair, "leather" is soft and looks good, color shade is bit darker than original

The earpads fir snugly onto the headset, and looks quite good. But the foam material is quite a bit harder then the original cuhsion, and they make a audible sound when compressed. hopefully the foam will soften over time and the noises go away, but they still work and is quite cheap so I think 3 starts is warranted.
