The MCU version is VC4264 and frequency range is little bit wider, check attached picture. Anyway I was not able to change frequency out of range. With older version it was no problem even witch CHIRP and Developer´s option Broswer. This version is somehow locked to factory frequency range and is not possible to change it. So it is not suitable for satcom :(
