the problem is that the connector supplied by you together with the power supply (radio plus power supply with adapter cable) between the power supply and the radio device has reversed polarity, due to this connection problem of this accessory the radio has been destroyed, now the radio is unusable due to a construction error by this company that created this connector you sent me paired with the radio. I ask at this point for a new radio or a full refund to make a new purchase of this radio, because I need it urgently, I await your reply as soon as possible to solve this very important problem
