I've been looking for a good and reliable printer for a while now, and this popped up in my search. I just wanted a pre-built unit that I didnt have to tinker around with. Basically just plug-n-play. I also watched a lot of youtube reviews on it, and decided to try it out. So far, I've been very satisfied with the printer. Very reliable and the supplied slicing software is simple to use. I used both their slicing software and simplify3d, and still have no complaints. I had some trouble shooting questions and sent an email to their support, and just like all the reviewers stated, they responded within the same day. (even sent me a video tutorial on my trouble shooting issue!) Very happy with my purchase. Thanks!
