Not so good as expected. Some problems but very good support team. They send broken pieces very quick.
Very fast shipping! Very good and fast customer service! This printer is worth every euro. Just by the packing you can see they want to make a statement. Very decent materials used for handeling rough shipping. The printer itself is well packed and easy to set-up in under 30 min! For my first printer I am very happy I chose this one. Had the choice between the Prusa i3 MK3 or this one and I'm convinced this one has more advantages. For printing results we will soon see the outcome of that. QIDI seems a company willing to make good products at a fair price and offer good support to guarantee satisfied customers, I'm one of them ;-). Hoop they will soon produce a 4K SLA printer, if they had it I would have bought that one for starters but now it will be my second :-),
