Fast delivery to UK. Just over 2 weeks. Tested OK as described. USB C PD charging works when given an input voltage of 21V. Tested with with Apple iPhone 11. For my Samsung S9+ Fast charging from USB A port also works when input voltage is 12V or 21V. Note when both ports are plugged in USB-C PD takes precedence and the USB A port charges and normal speed.
