Power supply indicates DC 5 V and device was shipped with the USB connector. Few months ago I purchased the same unit and was supplied with adapter. How can I use it now? I must buy a transformer ?
Dear Sirs I found the power connector is ok. I have another same model PROZOR and power connector is ok. However, I think the unit which I receive is damaged. The connection is very poor. If I put myself between PROZOR and the mobile emitter the sound is cut. With the first unit that I bought I can have walls between and conduction is perfect. Shall I send back the unit? To which address shall I send?
