Looks like can autostart if solder 4.7k resistor to on/off button.

I ordered two sets. In direct message communication with the seller before shipping I asked them to send each set as a separate parcel, to avoid customs issues. They agreed. Eventually all the goods came in a single big parcel, got into customs process and that costed me additional $25 of customs fees.
