really good packaging, there was no demage due the transport to germany. the cob strip was wrapped in some kind of soft foam with a sticker with the description on each single element. after unpacking the led looks nice, and seems well done. but how about the rating? is it really 12V with 10W? so give it a short test with a power supply and my well trusted fluke 45 multimeter. and yes, the rating is round about 985mA on 12.02V so the Power on this thing is 11.82W --> sold as 10W --> confirmed!
