I'm from United States and I play APA league. IAM really happy with the cues I bought from this seller.. I bought a carbon shaft and bk3 break que.. both are amazing this shaft has been used for 3 weeks .. no deflection , and good when I use extra spin(English) on the cueball.. the look is classy and really good for the price .. don't be fooled by the same pic of shaft for less price .. I did survey and many sellers doesn't send you same product.. wolfighter does not compromise quality.. I recommend the seller
