Did some measurements and found that the caliper works fine as specified. Linearity is good <0.02mm. most measurements are between 0.00 - -0.02 mm and there is an off-set of -0.01mm. So well within the tolerance specifications of -0.02 to +0.02 mm. When measuring, important is the zero-calibration. External jaw need same pressure when zeroing as when measuring while internal jaw need no pressure when zeroing. Otherwise the readings may be off with 0.01mm. To prevent drifting of the zero, re-calibration of the zero need to be done after each or few measurement or few measurements otherwise an error of 0.01 mm may occure. Overall seems to be a good caliper, well finished and easy to use. Also decent packed for transport. I can recommend.
