The shop sent me printer with broken axis part. I sent them whole info and videos about it. After a week of slow reactions from them, the shop agreed on sending me Axis parts, but shortly after just asked to buy a new one. Why the hell should I buy spare parts when it was not my problem that I received a half-working printer? I provided you guys with whole info about what exactly is arrived broken and showed you this on the video, yet still you asking me to just buy a spare parts that you agreed on sending? I will never buy anything from this store ever again. Really disappointed how tech support works here.
