Unfortunately the heated bed was slightly bend, but the customer service did a great job, helping me with that issue. In addition the delivery was very fast and the package contained everything mentioned in the description. So despite the small issue with the bed, which in my oppinion is hard to avoid and a risk which is caused due to the nature of the printers, i think five stars are appropriate. I am happy with the product and great customer service.

This is a great 3D printer for a reasonable price. Even with PETG, there weren't many problems with setting up modes. The delivery was fast enough (12 days).
