The product arrived very well protected in bubble wrap and case. There were no physical marks or issues with it. After installing it on my system and running some games I can confirm that it runs very well and keep normal temperature while draining less power than the i5 6500 that was previously used in my build. It hits all the frequencies that are described in the intel ARK and everything is very smooth and nice. Very good seller, I would buy again from him!
