great the lock looks nice and the finishing is very nice.

The lock is a bit touchy. At first I was going to return it, as I couldn't get all the dials to turn when the lock is locked to randomise the dials. However, I played with it a bit and found if the latch is pushed in too far, this will prevent the dials from turning. Pulling back on the latch a tad allowed the dials to turn. The manufacturer could note this for customers.
