The description is accurate. The item was well packed and arrived in Belgium 22 calendar days after being ordered. The lockbox should not be used in the rain. The cover will only partially prevent water from entering the combination lock mechanism. Moreover, the content of the box will get wet. if you leave the lockbox hanging in the rain. The rain will run down along the shackle and will easily penetrate the box through the rather wide hole for the shackle. The latter design flaw can easily be remediated by shifting a (rubber) O-ring over the shackle to cover the gap and by applying some waterproof grease to the pivoting end of the shackle to fill the gap.
