Few things I noticed at this DAC: - very, very good sound, no hiss or rumble when pausing the music and turning to the max the amplifier' knob. It also seems to me that the not so high bitrate mp3s hear better now. - it works very well with ASIO4ALL, no perceivable latency (tested with Fruity Loops) - I tested on Win7 64bit and the maximum resolution I could set was 16bit. Although the ES9023 chip is 24bit rated I guess it has to do with the other chip on the board, the PCM2705 which is only 16bit - this board works with Android devices too, on a single one though it worked only in mono (no channel separation) but I guess it was because of the Android device. - I did not tested the coax digital output 5 stars for a good product that does exactly what it is advertised to do.
I really wanted to give 5 stars, somehow I pressed 4 by mistake :(
