Product arrived covered in machine grease. The tubes were not individually wrapped they were all 4 in a bubble bag. The orange plastic tube shielding shown in picture as not present and one tube has a discoloration on it. The unit does work and sounds good aside from that. Shipping was slow as apparently had to modify a unit for US 110 volt standard. This delayed unit shipping two weeks.
