Well made. Nicely packed and survived the shipping. Arrived in 10 days. Easy setup to install the tubes. My first tube amp and been many years since listening to music again. Sound wise, very nice smooth sounding driving my old KEF 104/2 very nicely at 4 Ohms. Overall, very satisfied and glad I bought it and restarted listening to my collection again.
