Item looks as advertised. Very well packaged. Very well built (did not look inside yet though), no sharp edges or the like, robust metal housing. At 220v it draws 100mA AC current with no load. Manually adjustable between 53,8-70V. Cannot test full power. Very noisy and non temperature regulated fan - would not have expected for this price. Maybe I will mod this. Sent quickly with DHL but had to pay 25EUR import duty and another 18EUR for DHL to charge import duty :-( The seller should choose a different postal service. I think this is a good, well manufactured product. I recommend it. Good price for the value.
