This kettle Arrived very quickly ( about two-three weeks ) presented in basic brown box, no fancy packaging but fine. The body of the kettle is made of good quality materials and well put together, Not too heavy with or without water in it. The base comes with a CN-fitted plug not used in the UK ,But the seller includes an adapter at no extra charge. I have replaced it with a standard 3-pin 13 amp plug used in UK. And would recommend others to use their own counties standard fittings ( ie EU RU CN UK ect ) I also have a xiaomi mi smart kettle I find it very heavy when filled with water, And i much more prefer this model. And would recommend it as good value for the money. Without hole in box ( made by customs )
Its opening is inconvenient, and I fear it may break quickly.
