very good product
SCAM WARNING TO US AND CANADA CUSTOMERS. This seller sends a chinese version with V plug type of the kettle and just adds a adapter and of course product DOES NOT WORK as it's a different voltage (220V instead of the 120V). It was impossible to discuss this problem with the seller as he was saying his product page is super clear, which is clearly bad-faith as it states at the top several different plug types, and since my complaint there was no change whatsoever to this product page. I opened a dispute and AliExpress was of no help at all. I sent at least 10 messages to customer service to explain the problem and ask for a shipping label to ship back the product in order to get a refund but I was met with the exact same robotic response from the AliExpress each time and I got screwed in the end with an UNUSABLE product. OH and weirdly Store changed name since I opened my dispute. If that was not a red flag of a Scammer merchant.
