The display came in very safe package, Anti-static bag and bubble wrap. The disolay itself is new, It still has the original screen protector films on both side. and most importantly, the LCD works just fine ! Worth the price of $15 ! Sorry for the garbage graphic as the photo. It's caused by the low resolution bitmap that I used.
update, I have been using it for a while now. No problem what so ever. recommended for who want sun light readable display and low power likes E paper but as fast as normal LCD. In fact I be able to achive ~50Hz with >4Mhz SPI clock and 50hz EXTCOMIN signal !
