I paid only $12.82 Canadian and only got what I paid for. lt overheats than stops charging after 1/2 hr . Out put is 55.2v., should be 54.6. Maybe the BMS will balance the cells at 55.2v. I can only use it with a fan on it. It charges OK when there is a fan on it. I plan to buy a better one and pay more.
