Very satisfied with the product, it has C firmware and Full Chip, it works perfectly with my Citroen C5 2009. I have not used Diagbox supplied, but I have taken elsewhere Diagbox 9.68 is compatible and works with windows 10 64 bit. The seller is serious and helpful. Thanks
