Very unhappy with this product. The plug required an AU extension but the one they sent was so flimsy that I couldn't plug it into a wall socket. I had to but a multi-plug and plug it in at just the right angle to make it work. I complained and got $11 NZD off my order but honestly, I wouldn't have bought it for $11 less than the asking price, had I known what awaited. Do not recommend lol
