I didn't have to talk with the seller, but the order was really fast to arrive (I'll give 3* because of that, but very good) Very good arm! If you don't have much space on your desk, this arm is perfect because you can adjust the height without having the arm all cramped on the back. It's a little bit too strong when trying to adjust the tilt of the monitor, it's either too loose of very strong (just put it as you want a tight it after) It's just perfect, no more back and neck pain for me (Sorry for no photos, but believe me, I extend it all the way to use the PC as a TV and it holds very very well)
